Saranac announces private capital transaction with Eisvogel
Saranac Partners Limited assisted Eisvogel Group AG (Eisvogel) by securing equity co-investment for the acquisition of Prisma Group (Prisma), an Italian designer and manufacturer of industrial automation solutions.
Christophe Jungels-Winkler, Director at Eisvogel, said: “Saranac provided Eisvogel with access to its client base of ultra-high net worth individuals and families enabling us to secure likeminded long term equity co-investors, outside the institutional investor segment.
