Adele Jones is Head of HR at Saranac Partners.

She has an extensive experience in providing senior Human Capital support to blue chip businesses in the Financial Services sector, including global investment firms. Most recently Adele was Head of HR for a London-based Hedge Fund.

Adele holds a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Allan Clayton is a member of the Operations team at Saranac Partners.

He has over 25 years experience in private banking, having previously worked for UBS, Ruffer LLP, AXA, Rothschilds, Cazenove and Schroders.

Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Management from King’s College London.

Connor Tucker is a member of the Operations team at Saranac.

Prior to joining Saranac in December 2021, Connor worked at Fusion Wealth, where he was a Trading & Settlements Specialist for two years.

Connor graduated from the University of Sussex in 2019 with a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics, he also holds a first-class honours bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.

David Maxwell is a member of the Compliance and Risk Function at Saranac Partners.

Prior to joining Saranac, David was Head of Risk and Compliance for the UK and Investments at Stonehage Fleming.  He has also worked for the regulator, the SFA and then the FSA in its first year, as a regulatory consultant with PwC and for the trade body APCIMS.

David has a Law degree from Stellenbosch University and is a Fellow of the CISI.

Emilia Barker is a member of the Finance team at Saranac Partners, where she supports the day-to-day financial operations of the firm, including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Prior to joining Saranac in 2025, Emilia worked as an Accounting and Business Advisory Assistant at RSM UK. In this role, she supported a diverse portfolio of clients assisting with the preparation of financial statements.

Emilia is AAT qualified and an ACA part-qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Jahzia Delpeche leads the Front of House at Saranac Partners, where she is responsible for delivering a seamless and refined client experience. With a background in luxury hospitality, she brings a wealth of expertise in hosting high-profile events and managing operations within prestigious venues.

Jahzia plays a key role in creating an environment that is both welcoming and impeccably managed.

Jansen joined Saranac Partners in June 2024 as an intern for the Compliance team. He now works across multiple teams, conducting research and data analysis. Jansen holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from the University of Nottingham.

Joel Heilpern is a member of the Operationas team at Saranac Partners.

Prior to Saranac, Joel worked at Shard Capital LLP managing high value IPO transactions and multi market settlements. Joel completed 4 years at Dolfin Financial UK LTD in a 360-investment operations role.

Joel graduated from Leeds University with a BA in International Business. Over the past several years, Joel has also been running an International Cryptocurrency spot and derivatives social media group.

Kathy Cleary is a member of the finance team at Saranac Partners . She provides internal financial support to both client advisors and the operations teams.

Kathy has an LLB from UCL and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Southampton, London and Amsterdam. She then moved into Private Equity investing and spent six years at 3i Group plc, originating and executing investments for their €5bn buyout fund.

Most recently, she ran her own business helping Private Equity houses source and appraise Executive and Non-Executive management for their portfolio companies.

Phil Dench is Head of Risk and Compliance at Saranac Partners.

Prior to joining Saranac, Phil was the European Head of Compliance at Lombard Odier Europe. Phil started his career at the FCA and has held a number of senior compliance roles in Private Banking at JP Morgan, Schroders, Credit Suisse and HSBC.

Phil is a qualified Accountant and gained his Economics degree from Swansea University.

Rick is Head of Technology at Saranac Partners. He is responsible for innovating, advising and managing the firm’s technology, infrastructure and real estate. As part of the COO’s office he steers several projects on operational and cost efficiencies.

Prior to Saranac Partners, Rick was Head of Major Projects, Key Transactions & Events for Barclays.

He has over 20 years consulting experience with a number of firms including global mining company Riotinto and multinational engineering and electronics company Bosch.

Rick has a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing from City, University of London.

Sharon Johal is Head of Legal at Saranac Partners. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience in international financial markets and investment management.

Prior to joining Saranac, Sharon held senior management and leadership roles with leading investment banks, international asset management firms and one of the largest global sovereign wealth funds.

Sid Nearchou is a member of the Compliance and Risk function at Saranac Partners.

Prior to joining Saranac in 2025, Sid worked at a financial compliance consultancy, Optima Partners, where he was responsible for a portfolio of hedge fund, private equity, private credit, and asset management firms.

Sid graduated from the University of Manchester in 2023 with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Business and Economics.

Simon Bowden is Head of Operations and Onboarding at Saranac Partners.

He works closely and has built strong relationships with custodians and other outsourced partners.

Prior to joining Saranac in 2015, Simon worked at Lombard Odier and Close Brothers and has spent over 25 years working within Operations.

Sophie is an Assistant at Saranac Partners. She joined Saranac in 2022 from Britannia Global Markets where she managed the front of house and office administration.

Prior to this Sophie managed a team of receptionists and acted as assistant to the building manager at No. 1 London Bridge.

Steven Griffiths is is a member of the Operations team at Saranac Partners.

Prior to joining Saranac in April 2017, Steven worked within Portfolio Services and Emerging Market Equities at Schroders.

Steven holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Finance from City University/CASS Business School.

Tim Frost is Finance Director at Saranac Partners. Tim has over 20 years’ experience in financial services.

Prior to joining Saranac, Tim was the Finance Director at Arbion, where he spent 10 years. Tim started his career within the Investment Management group of EY. Following this, Tim was Financial Controller at Nomura Code Securities and later managed a cross-divisional finance team at UBS AG, Sydney.

Tim is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Birmingham.
